Long story but early on we supplied a stronger heavier hand for our TideTimers. Unfortunately we bought a large shipment of weaker/ thinner hands roughly 10 years ago that were not up to our standards. At that time, the weaker ones were all we could get. I looked long and hard and was finally able to buy a sturdy Red Ball hand that will not break off and the new/ improved ones came in at the end of May 2021.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will make this right to our customers at no cost to you.
